Team Arnold
Stephanie Arnold, Paralegal
Yes, we married. Yes, we work together. Most importantly, it works.
Stephanie Hunter Arnold has been a paralegal since 1992—longer than many of our opposing counsel have been practicing law. She earned her paralegal certificate from Greenville Tech in 1989, graduated from Clemson with a B.A. shortly thereafter. Stephanie spent much of those next three decades working in litigation practices before finally teaming up with her husband. Now she helps manage our litigation practice and keeps our caseload running efficiently.

Bottom Line
We outsource as much as possible so Stephanie’s litigation skills and experience can add value to each case. Although we are normally a team of two, we have developed a network of legal professionals, including lawyers, paralegals, forensic experts and litigation vendors — not to mention 33+ years of former clients who are good people and good connections. In the end, every client’s case in any firm will be worked by some paralegal, and I am proud to be able to say Stephanie will be the paralegal taking care of your case if you become a client.
More about Steph:
Stephanie was also born and raised in the Upstate. She got her start in law at the solicitors office, but in 1994 launched career in plaintiff oriented civil litigation practice. From their her experience spans a variety of litigation practices, including employment law firms, an insurance defense shop handling complex mass torts, and a large workers’ compensation plaintiff practice. After taking two sabbaticals and having two kids, Stephanie decided return to law full-time. Obviously, she brings lots of experience and skill to the task, and she has a great bullshit detector. Apparently high stakes litigation was not enough so, a decade ago, Stephanie co-founded The Period Project, a 501(c)(3), which Steph chairs to this day. In every aspect of her life, she walks the walk.
